Friends,

Lovely Product. A question if you don't mind. My crossfader on Spin seems reversed. On Djay3.1, when I move it left using the trackpad cursor on the screen, table 1 lights up as expected and the track on that table plays. Table 2 lights up and plays when moved to the right. In other words, Djay's crossfader works fine using the software control. When I move the actual knob on Spin, the proper table lights up, but the opposite track plays (table 1 plays when the CF is all the way to the right, table 2 when it is all the way to the left...).

I'm a newbie, and it's likely my fault, but I've tried all the variations of audio output I can figure and am currently stumped.

Short story, it acts as if the CF is wired backwards...

Thanks for your patience...

I would try a reinstall of the software. wipe out the old one and make sure it is completely uninstalled and reinstall fresh. Follow all the steps and don't plug in the unit until it tells you to plug it in.

Thank you,
Carl

Thanks Carl... Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same effect. The audio is supposed to reflect the turntable the CF is moved to isn't it? Or am I just highlighting my newbie-ness..

Thanks again.

Did you figure this out yet? I may be wrong, but I think I remember there being an "Invert" option on the General tab of the preferences window.
