Hi i Just bought VCM 100 and i have a little problem, after installing drivers and connecting to laptop or any other computer appears verry annoying noise in headphones. this sound is all the time even when i will turn on tractor virtual Dj or any other software, if i will change chanels in software this noise still remains ;/
i tried installing all drivers (old ones and new ones) from vestax support webside.
i was trying to find solution and simmilar problems via google and dj's software forums of all software i use with no luck.
i found this topic on NI http://www.native-instruments.com/forum/showthread.php?t=67160
so i think that it may be more common problem.
if you have any ideas please help

ps

the rest of this unit works perfectly

my best regards
mark

Hi Mark

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem? I have the same issue with my new VCM-100. It appears to be related to the USB socket because if I move it around, I can get the noise to disappear.

I'm still waiting for Vestax to get back to me on this.

Craig

I just got my VCM100 this week and have the exact same problem with the headphone buzz sound. Again if the USB socket is moved then the sound gets less but is still there.

Has anyone got a fix for this? Is it a case of a new unit?
